General Information

Pre booked families only to attend.
Sessions are designed for families to come along and try a range of different activities and take part together.
Activities are Instructor supervised to ensure safety but it is a parental supervised activity allowing families freedom to choose what they do and how long they do it for.
Instructed classes:
Instructed classes in Trampolining, Gymnastics and Free Running.
Instructed One to One Classes:
Instructed classes in Trampolining, Gymnastics and Free Running on a One to One basis. Pre Booking only depending on availability.
